Overview

The Open Procurement `electronicCatalogue` framework is plugin to Open Procurement API software.

Main responsibilities
---------------------

Cpb can create `electronicCatalogue` process for valid code for 'ДК021' classification to get the submissions from suppliers who want to participate in procedures based on electronic catalogue.
As a result of `electronicCatalogue` process cpb will have the pool of suppliers who are allowed to add their proposes in particular 'ДК021' classification category.
